Low Dead Space(LDS) Vaccination Syringe
1. This LDS(LDV) syringe is used for vaccination purpose(intramuscular injection).
2. The average dead space is 0.006ml,min dead space is 0.0045ml.
3. Syringe body is made of medical grade polypropylene.The material is provided by Borouge,SK,Lotte,FPC,SINOPEC or CNPC.
4. Needle is made of medical grade SUS304(steel cannula).
5. Protective cap is made of medical grade polyethylene,it can be blue,transparent or orange color.The material is provided by Sabic.
6. Gasket is latex or latex free rubber.
7. Pyrogen-free,Toxic-free,BPA free,DEHP free.Sterilized by EO gas or Gamma radiation(different material from normal).
8. Primary packaging is blister peel pouch or tear polybag(PE bag).
